Andy highlighted a significant $3.4 million EDA grant aimed at training 325 drivers through CDL programs in southwestern Oregon, underscoring the collaborative role of the Oregon Trucking Association in shaping workforce policy. He encouraged participants to engage with local workforce boards, advocate for the transportation sector, and acknowledged ongoing support from the American Trucking Association.
